1. What do you do at KTVK? Produce the 4:30-5pm half hour of Good Evening Arizona.
2. What kinds of stories are you looking for? The highly visual/most talked-about stories of the day.
3. What’s the best way to approach you with a pitch? E-mail
4. What recommendations do you have for PR professionals? Find the bigger story. It’s not just a grand opening of a hotel or a restaurant, it’s about new jobs and growth and neighborhood revitalization and more tax revenue for the city.
5. What’s the strangest/weirdest pitch you’ve ever received? Former Playboy Playmate who authored a children’s book and wanted to appear on the show. She sent me some photos that I couldn’t open at work!
