Park & Co. creates ‘viral film festival’

By Dan Wool on September 9th, 2008 In Social Media

Park & Co. has created a cool internal contest. Employees within the agency were tasked with creating a viral video that loosely related to the agency. The winner will be determined by total YouTube views and will receive $1,000 at the contest’s end September 30.

“Instead of simply preaching social media, word of mouth and viral marketing, Park wanted to challenge everyone within the office to learn the ins and outs of it themselves from video editing and uploading to promotion,” says PR/Convergent Media Specialist Ryan LaRosa.

So far, so good. The contest has been live a little over a week and with all the videos combined we have so far received 5,076 views and counting.

The videos are housed on the Park&Co YouTube channel.
