Want to attend PRSA’s International Conference?
This year, the Phoenix Chapter will be awarding up to $1,500 in scholarships to underwrite professional development expenses related to registration and travel costs to attend PRSA’s International Conference in Washington D.C. from Oct. 16–19.
Scholarships will not exceed $500 each and the recipient must turn in documentation to show how the funds were used. Recipients will be required to write an article for the Chapter’s website and E-Talk about one of the professional development seminars they attended.
Note: Applicants must be an active member of Phoenix PRSA for at least six months prior to applying and must have attended two Chapter events within the past 12 months.
The application can be found here, along with directions on how to submit and the deadline is Aug. 18, 2010. Scholarships will be awarded on or before Aug. 25, 2010. (Early bird deadline for this year’s conference is Friday, Aug. 27.)
