PRSA Phoenix names 2008 Board

Phoenix Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America Announces 2008 Board Officers and Members

PHOENIX, Ariz. (December 20, 2007) – The Phoenix Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) recently announced its roster for the 2008 Board Officers and Members.

They include:

Earlier this year, Chapter Manager Kate Guess, APR, of Kahala Coldstone, was also added to the roster. 
The PRSA Phoenix Chapter is the local community for public relations professionals to network, improve their skills and give back to the profession. With a membership more than 300 pros who work for agencies, corporations, associations, government, non-profit organizations, healthcare organizations, independent practitioners and more, PRSA Phoenix provides a common ground for a diverse group of people who care to provide the best value they can to their organizations and to each other.

Where the hell are the men? If population is 50/50, shouldn’t men be the same? Is this an all woman’s club? What about diversity laws? How many blacks or minorities? It is a WHITE Woman’s club!

Whoever wrote the neagative comments, you could at least add your name to them.

I am a big fan of our local PRSA chapter. It’s an active group, offers an incredible amount of events to benefit PR professionals, and represents us well. More diversity is always good, but there is diversity with this group in ways other than gender.
