ASU Journalism School Tour and PRSA Happy Hour
On March 11, Phoenix PRSA will be hosting a tour of the ASU Journalism School and a happy hour event. Due to their close proximity and timing, we invite you to attend both events!
ASU Journalism School Tour Information
Back by popular demand, the ASU Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication is offering Phoenix PRSA members a tour of their building at the ASU Downtown Campus. If you haven’t seen this building’s impressive features and technology, this tour is a must! ASU has generously offered parking validation for their visitor lot on Fillmore (south side of the street between 1st Street and Central Avenue), which covers the entire evening (tour + happy hour). Join us for the tour and stick around for the first Phoenix PRSA networking event of 2010 at Turf Irish Pub & Restaurant, just down the street!
When: 4:30 p.m., Thursday, March 11, 2010
Where: ASU Cronkite building, 555 N. Central Ave., Phoenix
Parking: ASU visitor lot on Fillmore (south side of the street between 1st Street and Central Ave.) with parking validation. Or, metered on-street parking surrounding the building.
Cost: Free to Phoenix PRSA members

Happy Hour Information
Join us for the first Phoenix PRSA Happy Hour of 2010. We will be meeting in downtown Phoenix at Turf Irish Pub & Restaurant, which is a short walk from the ASU Journalism School. Turf offers complimentary valet parking (please note: if you are coming from the ASU tour, your parking validation for the school’s visitor lot on Fillmore will cover the entire evening – tour + happy hour).
Phoenix PRSA Happy Hour events are a good opportunity to meet, re-connect and network with other PR professionals in the Valley. Cost includes appetizers and one drink.
