Seriously cannot afford some of the recs above!!!! New York & Co. is awesome for work clothes if you’re on a budget. And, they’re always offering like $50 off purchase (or a version of the same discount). Awesome on a budget, and clothes don’t look bad at all!

Another great place to find professional clothes and name brand labels for cheap is My Sister’s Closet. Love going there…take in last year’s clothes, get store credit, and then get new clothes for next to nothing. And, you can’t beat the clearance rack at Ann Taylor or The Loft.

I love Ann Taylor, Express and Banana but the one place I can be sure to find those brands for less is Marshall’s. Two of my best interview outfits (a BCBG pants suite and a Calvin Klein business dress) have come from Marshall’s along with most my wardrobe. My mom always taught me how to bargain shop, so you can be sure I loved this topic!

Thanks for the shoutout — and for the mention of Goodwill. I’ve taken it a step further now and started my Christmas shopping at Goodwill. If I can’t find what I need, I look elsewhere, but if I can find something that can be repurposed, reused or turned into something that will be appreciated I know that I’ve kept something out of a land fill and helped put American’s back to work.. and that puts me in the Christmas spirit.

needed a new red turtleneck…headed to the new Goodwill down the street. There, in my size, a brand new Ralph Lauren red wool turtleneck for $5.99. when i went to check out, found out it was 1/2 price day…got it for $2.99! Love my Goodwill and Savers for those specific staple items.
