OMA Adds Five

OMAOff Madison Ave has added five new employees to its staff. The new hires include: Jackie Wright, public relations account supervisor; Amy Rushia, online media manager; David Hibbs, interactive customer lifecycle manager; Nick Hammond, interactive web developer; and Renee Airo, public relations account coordinator.

“We are very pleased to incorporate the valuable public relations and interactive marketing backgrounds of these new employees to Off Madison Ave,” said David Anderson, president and managing partner at Off Madison Ave. “They will make many great contributions to the success of our clients and strengthen our collaborative service capabilities.”

As a public relations account supervisor, Wright will be working on an array of accounts such as Santa Ysabel Casino, ModernMed, and BestCompaniesAZ. She holds a bachelor of arts degree in communications from Kent State University and previously worked for Barclay Communications as an account director. She has more than 10 years of experience in marketing and public relations account management.

Rushia will oversee the firm’s media buying and online marketing strategy for a variety of clients including Marley Park, LochenHeath, Phoenix Art Museum, and Macayo’s Cruise America. Rushia, a graduate of Arizona State University with a bachelor of arts degree in journalism, previously worked for the Scottsdale Visitor’s Bureau as the director of online marketing, as well as Cox Communications as a web content producer for AccessArizona.com.

Hibbs, a graduate from Arizona State University with a bachelor of science degree in marketing, recently joined the firm as a customer lifecycle manager for Mighty Interactive (www.mightyinteractive.com), the interactive marketing division of Off Madison Ave. Most recently, he worked as an internet marketing strategist for I-ology, where he managed and executed media buys and search engine optimization.

As a web developer for the firm’s interactive division, Hammond develops and creates the look and feel for clients’ Web sites. He majored in computer information systems at Arizona State University and previously worked as an information technology consultant for KPMG and as a junior database analyst at Deluxe Financial Services.

Airo is an account coordinator for the firm’s public relations department and will work on clients Nike Grind, NASM and Central Life Sciences. She recently graduated from the University of Arizona with a double major in journalism and communications and will work on accounts such as the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Santa Ysabel Casino and Central Life Sciences.
