More Dees Memorial Info

I am offering my FTP site to help coordinate Lance’s effort to create a multi-media Presentation honoring Sally. My FTP site is open to all of Sally’s friends and family across the US. You may post photos, video, stories music and just about anything that honors Sally! It will be included in the multi-media presentation and posted to my FTP site in about a week. Please send me your email, mailing address and phone so I can be sure that your are included on the release.

If you would be so kind to take a moment and jot down a few memories, jokes, post to my ftp site a couple of pictures and possibly and music files that embodies your relationship with Sally or a theme song if you shared one with her, I think we can come up with one heck-of-a-creative, memorial for a girl that loved the advertising industry more than anything! If you were a co-worker of Sally’s a testimonial and your photo including a company logo would be awesome.

Hopefully, you will find posting to the FTP site easy, fun and helpful in each of our need to heal. Technology has made it possible for us all to communicate an express our grief, sympathies and many happy memories. Please take advantage of this opportunity especially for her Mom— she was truly Sally’s lifelong best friend.

FTP INSTRUCTIONS

Download the free 30-day trial version of WS-FTP Professional at http://www.ipswitch.com/_download/wsftppro.asp
Install WS-FTP Professional
Start the WS-FTP Professional program, once installed
Go to “File” located in the upper, left-hand corner
Select “Site Manager”, a pop-up box will appear
Click “Create Site”
The site name is “Sally Dees Memorial”
Click “Next”
Select “FTP” for the Connection Type
Click “Next”
The server address is ftp://strategicalliancepublications.com
Click “Next”
The Username is “ftp40400835-5”
Click “Next”
The Password is “sallydees”
Click “Next”
Click “Finish”
Connect to the Site
In the Right-hand window pane you will see the “Sally Memorial” Folder.
Click on the “Sally Memorial” Folder
Create a sub-folder under the Sally Memorial Folder titled with your “first and last name” so that we know who the memories are coming from
Inside your special folder, please post at text file with your Name, Mailing address, phone numbers, and email in addition to your stories about Sally. Please also post anything in particular that you knew about Sally, like her favorite food, color, car, etc. If you had a theme song you shared with Sally feel free to post that as well, or list it in your text file(be sure to include the artist name so we can find it on www.itunes.com). Any photos that you may have please post those as well.

Please forward this post to those who knew Sally and be sure to copy me on the distribution list at jill@strategicalliancepublications.com, so we can complete our contact list for Sally’s family.
