In Memoriam Bill Austin 1954-2010
A great Arizona TV and radio personality passed away this week. Bill Austin was known to many as the former weatherman on Channel 12, and for the last 20 years, as part of the popular morning team “Beth and Bill” on KEZ 99.9. We will miss him for his good-natured humor, uncanny sense of timing, and commitment to the Phoenix community.
You can read about Bill here at the KEZ website, and share your thoughts at rememberingbill@kez999.com

I have great memories of Bill. He was the voice I first heard on radio when I moved into the Valley 15 years ago. I’m sure his zingers and his infectious laughter will be quite a hit where he had gone.
