‘Chat Room’ looking for new head chatter
Sometimes the “news” just falls in your lap. On Friday I had two guests on The Chat Room on AZTV and host Helen Gibson led off the show by announcing her departure. The half-hour talk show follows the very popular Pat McMahon Show and AM Arizona on the independent station.
Gibson also mentioned on air that the show would be moving to once per week (Fridays) until a new host can be hired and that the station was going to be holding an open call to find a new host. Details on the search process will be available soon, but for now if you think you have what it takes to host your own chat show (are you listening Charlotte?) you might consider sending a note to producer Laura Holka.
