BizGrowth Search Engine Solutions is a fast growing marketing services company that helps its clients grow revenue, increase profits and improve lifetime customer value. Our central Phoenix based company (I-17 and Peoria) needs YOU to help us grow our business and help our customers. Here are some of the things you will be working on:

  • Increasing company’s website rankings through use of search engine marketing best practices
  • Assisting with prospect and customer communications programs, including email marketing, newsletter marketing, blogging, podcasting and social media marketing
  • Coordinate activities relating to marketing of our internationally distributed radio show on the internet’s largest talk radio station (get more information at http://www.RssRay.com), including guest scheduling and appearance coordination, event marketing, speaker and consulting services marketing and more
  • Write press releases, blog postings, web and promotional copy that motivates readers to take action now
  • Interact with other blog authors, forum moderators, etc. to build company and radio show brand awareness and to accomplish company business objectives
  • Help with creation and design of marketing collateral, both for the company and its clients
  • Assist with all aspects of client’s paid search engine advertising campaigns and web analytics services and consulting
  • Assist company owner with administrative tasks such as client billings, event coordination and project specific assignments

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Current Study of Marketing –or- Practical Working Experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point
  • Work independently without constant supervision
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks to ensure deadlines are met
  • Great oral and written communication skills
  • Work well in a fast paced environment
  • Thinks and moves quickly and decisively
  • Self motivated with a pro-active attitude
  • “Roll up the sleeves and get to work” attitude
  • Detail and accuracy oriented
  • Desire to continue to learn
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish a real plus

We are looking for someone that wants to grow with our 2 year old company. We don’t yet offer benefits but do offer telecommuting, hourly base salary of $13 and bonus earnings opportunities based upon results.
