TriWest Healthcare finalist for national award
TriWest Healthcare Alliance was a finalist for a national award: The PR News Corporate Social Responsibility award for Cause Branding. They entered a Help From Home DVD initiative. Results were announced during a luncheon last Wednesday at the National Press Club in D.C.
TriWest received an “honorable mention” award, which is significant considering the company they were among – Liz Claiborne, Inc. and Ruder Finn, PNC Financial, Honeywell and Peppercom, Whirlpool and Peppercom.
Claiborne Inc. with Ruder Finn won for its campaign, Love is Not Abuse, which was about combating child abuse.
There were 19 categories total and more than 600 companies entered.
