		<description>There&#039;s a lot to be gained from being obnoxious, getting noticed and getting headlines. For all we know, contemporary PR &quot;handlers&quot; may have orchestrated some of these incidents and be savoring the results. It&#039;s getting harder and harder to tell what&#039;s a real screw-up and what&#039;s deliberately calculated.</description>

		<description>Maybe the distinction I should have drawn is that they need PR counsel, especially BEFORE they speak.  They have handlers alright, but mostly for damage control after the fact.</description>
