And the ‘happy’ winner is…
Congrats to John Tucker from ADOT, the winner of the autographed copy of Tony Hsieh’s book “Delivering Happiness.” We had lots of good answers to my question “what makes you happy at work?” But you can’t argue with goosebumps:
“Happiness shows up at my psyche’s door when I connect with a client. It usually occurs when I’ve earned enough of their trust and they let their guard down, and express what’s in their heart, not just what’s in their head. It may sound weird but sometimes when it happens, I get goosebumps.”
Nice job John. I really liked the letting their guard down part — very honest and open. And thanks to all of you for participating. And of course, don’t miss Tony Hsieh live in Phoenix on Nov. 2.
