Allison & Partners announced the addition of SEA LIFE Arizona to its client roster. SEA LIFE is the world’s largest aquarium brand. The new aquarium, opening in the summer of 2010 at Arizona Mills, will be the second SEA LIFE aquarium launched in the U.S.

“Allison & Partners has significant experience building some of the travel and hospitality industry’s biggest brands,” said Scott Appel, vice president of Allison & Partners’ Phoenix office. “SEA LIFE represents the best in the attractions and aquarium space and will be an incredible addition to Arizona’s travel and tourism marketplace. We are thrilled to share its message with the public.”

In other Allison news, Samsung selected Allison & Partners as AOR for its division that includes notebook PCs, LCD monitors, laser printers, and copiers. Allison will work with Samsung on its information technology division to grow the brand for b-to-b audiences, in addition to consumers. Phoenix office account executive Laura Collins will be part of the cross-office account team for Samsung.

Nice, grats to Allison PR; I was wondering who was going to get that account.

I still don’t know why they’re building it at Az Mills… such a ghetto but can’t wait for it to open… Just have to remember to wear a bullet-proof vest ;)

Thanks so much Jackie and Chuck! Allison & Partners has grown tremendously over the past 8 years representing other great clients like Sony, Best Western, philosophy and Progressive. We’re all very excited to add SEA LIFE to our national hospitality/tourism practice. We also just got word that A&P was nominated as agency of the year by PR Week – really looking forward to 2010!

Awesome couple of weeks Scott! Congrats on Sea Life and on the nomination. We’ve all had enough “challenging” news this year. It’s good to read about some big wins as we get the economy running again. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
